How It Works

Choose your Pal, stuff with love, make a wish, and adopt your new forever friend.

Planning Ahead

Order at least three weeks before your event. After your order, we will contact you to confirm your preferred animals and check stock or supplier availability before promising specific designs. Your order does not guarantee any particular animal. If we cannot source acceptable choices in time, we will contact you to arrange alternatives or a refund. Special-order lead times vary. Pickup, local drop-off and shipping are arranged separately. The customer provides supervision, party space, tables, chairs, food and decorations.
